The North American Fiat 500 has underwent various modifications to fit the market requirements. The Fiat 500 for the Seattle market has a redesigned body structure to increase resistance, a new suspension system, more than 20 modifications to reduce noise, vibrations and harshness and re-designed brakes and ABS system.

The Fiat 500 which will be on sale at local Fiat Dealers has an increased fuel tank to 10.5 gallons, an improved heating and cooling system, newly designed seats new steering wheel controls and a recalibrated steering effort.

The Fiat 500 price list starts at $15,500 USD.  This is for  the 1.4-litre engine developing 101 HP (75 kW) at 6500 rpm and 133 Nm of torque at 4000 rpm.
